  • Cal.com, Inc. — meeting scheduling
  • OpenAI, L.L.C. — AI processing (embeddings, extraction, and generation) on content you submit
  • Nango Inc. — syncing data from connected third-party integrations
  • Supabase Inc. — database and file storage
  • Neo4j, Inc. — knowledge graph database

We may also share information:

  • With your consent or at your direction
  • To comply with applicable laws, legal processes, or government requests
  • To protect the rights, property, or safety of Ontora, our users, or others

9. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information for monetary value. If you would like to opt out of any “sharing” (as defined by the CCPA) for cross-context behavioral advertising or analytics, email support@ontora.com. We honor recognized opt-out preference signals (such as the Global Privacy Control) where required by law.

10. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

11. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information as described in Section 8.

13. International Users

The Services are operated from the United States. If you access them from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.
